zone startup

is there a way to automatically start up a zone, or manually start a zone without a character logging in.

many times while i am running my world in debug mode the client will crash during the logging into zone server because the zone isnt entirely up (timeout somewhere)
but if the zone is already up, i never crash when loggin in

If you put a 1 in the `always_loaded` column of the zones table, that should startup that zone when you start your world.
