Client files hosting for testers/developers

Would it it be possible for someone to upload a copy of the latest working client as a steam backup or some other sort of archive?

This may allow for more interested testers and developers to contribute towards the project?

No as that has the potential to pose legal problems.

That being said the current live client works with the emu.

Thanks for the client guide via the wiki link, I'll try following the instructions and see how i go.
