Crafting TS level

can this be moved to server bugs as it is a coding issue please

receiving a message that "You can not gain levels until you select your next class!" at level 8 in Tradeskill
this should not happen till Tradeskill level 9

more detail on whats happening that needs fixed,
when receiving a quest reward that grants tradeskill experience a check is done to see if you level, also check is done to see if your above level 9
xp is granted after that check so experience was not gained for completeing the quest becuase
the quest rewards 1133 TSxp, i am level 8 with 805 more xp required to level to 9 the check was done and i would have been level 9
but the way it is supposed to work is that you can earn xp all the way and complete the level 9 xp ie
level 8 requires 1000 xp level 9 requires 1250 with needed 805 to finish level 8 and ding i should have been awarded the 1133 xp and leveled to level 9 andi should have 328 xp into level 9 and still be able to earn xp up to the level required, but not ding a level or gain xp after that

another little update,when this happened it appears i may have gotton the xp , since now
before i logged off i was level 8
i camped and restarted server becuase i was missing a recipe, and logged back in and my TS levl is 10
so i am level 10 and never selected a TS class
