Collections appear to work on every client except for AOM at the moment(cynnar is working on this).
You can hand in your completed collections in to the collector's for its reward as long as the NPC is setup to do so. The only two i know to be set up at the moment is Renny in City of Freeport and Dagbart Falkren in Frostfang Sea
Currently the XP and coin rewards are inaccurate as there isn't really any info on the census other than the reward items themselves.
If you are editing the tables for any reason, Collections with a reward of 550 XP are considered "complete"(this was just a value i used as a checklist for my own purposes) and any collections with a reward of 250 XP are missing something whether it be a collection item or a reward item.
If you choose to edit these tables, you will need a server restart to reload the collections as of the moment. There may be a reload command added later down the road.

The ground spawn shinys will have to be manually set from the spawn lists within the editor(tutorial will be up eventually
)That being said i have started working on the shiny ground spawns per zone there are quite a few tables up already however if you're doing a zone and its not there you can either make one or send me a PM and i will make it for you.
