SUggestion: Web DB spell editor

when working on a spell and using the data tab on spell editor

1. please add a field to put the value2 number for the range
2. when on the insert line can you make it so the index value auto populates the box with the next index number (but still allow you to change it)
3. add headers about the fields, so we know what we are typing in the fields
