escaping " in lua

how do we escape the " marks in a lua script

StartDialogConversation(conversation, 2, Item, Player, "This book is titled - "Bird Watching: The Do's and Don'ts of Nektulos Forest". Many pages are missing from the book, but it may be possible to read bits and pieces of this field guide.")

Same way as in c++ with a \ so it would be \"

can we insert control codes in a lua string line each line has a 0d 0d 0A after it

oh and as i am writting this i found that \r\r\n works

I will go ahead and post this for others to learn from
