Opcode Documentation?

So I couldn't find anywhere on the EQ2Emulator site/wiki for a documentation on opcodes.

I was wondering if anyone else made one already. Currently, the opcode list is very long. It would be nice to know what each opcode does exactly in very detailed descriptions rather than relying on the vague opcode names themselves.

Vague or unclear examples are (to me at least):

OP_ESInitMsg
OP_QuestionnaireMsg
OP_ReplaceableSubMeshesMsg
OP_SendLatestRequestMsg

etc.

This is something we have been meaning to add to the wiki but we never got around to it. That said the original opcodes were pulled from a client and we don't know exactly what all of them do, from this list the only one i can answer is the questionnaire and that was for the surveys they use to have.

There are lots of things I would love more clarity on that probably does not exist.

Hair Types with pictures
Descriptions of every single visual spell effect
Opcodes
Descriptions and pictures of every model type

that would be awesome but thats 21000 visuals, most of which would be videos , as they are the animations
and 27000 model types
and thats just whats in the db now, not counting any released since then

btw anyone ran the vpk tool succesfully lately
i tried and it was crashing , maybe dbg changed the structure?

We could farm it out on some freelance site. Get some cheap overseas labor.
