Needed Lua Functions/Server code

This post will serve as a notepad for lua features and server code that we need for spells and i will be updating it as they come up so they are not forgotten. feel free to add any you see missing as well.

"*Intercept Spells

*Scaling spell levels

*Stoneskin (aborbs all damage, only damage of a certain type, only damage > or < a certain amount)" stolen from a post foof made

[*]Threat Position
[*]Fervor
[*]A function to directly effect a specific spell
[*]line of sight
[*]a function to check which way a spawn faces
[*]Double up(may as well be named after itself) "Double Up While active, the brigand's offensive combat arts will immediately strike a second time."
[*]Power reduction of spells(single target and group)
[*]See invis(single target and group)
[*]Shrink target
*Get HP% npc/player
Get Power% npc/player
[*]Unresistable
[*]Race check for master strikes and such
[*]level check for spell resists
[*]Cannot be critically applied (has one for heals but unsure about combat)
