Two spawns have spawn chance set to 0 since they are really badly placed on Live (they are located on a slope and the action state where they lie on their backs means that their legs are sticking into the air and one has their head stuck into the ground. Unfortunately, the action state over rides pitch and roll).

12. Kaldin Deeppockets: His say and voice over are not the same and reflects the status of the neighborhoods. His store is missing a few items.

15. Towser Flizgibbert: Missing dust puff and leaves animation (feet) when casting (casting animation is correct).
19. Traylo Leafsway: Merchant that exchanges old armor from the Armor Quest Timeline to newer armor. This function is not set up yet.
20. a chi practitioner (x2): Currently proximity hail is only active on the right spawn to avoid both trigger.
22. Senior Initiate Karuda: Sometimes on Live his hail conversation is triggered by proximity. This is missing, but a more refined hail reation is implemented (Live is a bit 'rough' for how he turns around).
23. Senior Initiate Delvin: Missing: (Live) sometimes he will run back at some point on his last round - looks a bit silly though.
24. Initiate Lo Fan: Due to the way animation loops work on the Emu there are some hickups in this EmoteLoop (specifically the end of the animations usually will have to be cut a tiny bit (the animation run time is made to be slightly shorter than the actual animation run time on Live) to ensure that when the animation runs a bit faster than at other times that that spawn will not suddenly stand up for a split second before returning to the visual state between animations)). He also has a tendency to face the player much more than the same spawn on Live (that will look more away from the player during animations).

41. Gilp Jadefist: On Live Gilp will change model type (with corresponding skin colors) - Emu has alternating model types but not skin colors.

49. Pelle Shinkicker: Emotes corrected compared to Live: Emu has a smoother recast animation flow than Live and the proximity cheer is missing (it is silly for this NPC).
50. Gruffin Goldtooth: Voice over missing (also on Live) - file path and codes are collected, but they must be messed up on Live too.
51. Warble Wildmane: Waypoints and path is correct, but Live will have him run a bit forth and back, so I added a few extra pauses (feels better). Movement on Live is also triggered e.g. when a good character that triggers the cheering emote, or when someone below the level needed for the quest speaks to him - seems like strange side effects of the Live scripts. I ended up making a script that is a fixed rotation with long pauses (no one will tell the difference).
52. Takk: Does not face you when hailed as he does on Live. The face player command forces him to stand and not remain kneeled (he remains kneeled on Live and simply swirls to face you - in some way I prefer he keeps his heading and simply addresses you when hailed, looks more realistic).
53. Lambent: Few items missing (merchant).
54. Mirthmire: Few items missing (merchant).
55. Aerinleaf: Hail does not trigger (secondary command).
56. Adrianna: Few items missing (merchant).
57. Musician Zwena: She should play the lute when hailed, right now she pauses. It looks realistic but is not same as Live.
61. Marshal Surefoot: Quest not implemented.
62. Venarian T'Lye: Few items missing (merchant).
63. Wanderer Raegen Truthshadow: Merchant is not set up and writ quests are missing. Voice over and text changes with player level and guild level.
