Leveling up

in the latest revision when you level up your hp and power Regen go very high and never go back to their original values. "not that i am complaining "

I never really found what the base regen rates should be per level. Do you happen to know so that I can fix it? As with a lot of the formulas I kind of guess at them

Power regen and hp regen return to normal if you log out and log back in again.
