i went to spawn an monster or even npc ..and i have none where do i get these?

He means to use the SEARCH feature for the website not on your database.
I see no where in your post where you stated you do not have a table called NPC, so I'm pretty sure John read the post just fine.
FYI....there are not going to be any NPC or monsters in the world unless you manually add them into your database.
The project is in developer alpha, if you don't really know what you are doing and going to ask basic questions from a developers viewpoint, you should just wait until the project is more mature and stable.
