Server Questions : D

A) when starting a server once everything is said and done, AKA the server is up, will it emulate a standard EQ server? or will I need to put a crap load of work in to make an ugly looking knock off version ?
B)Can I use the complementry download version of the runes of kunark, that comes with the EQ II 14 trial ? if not I will cop out for a full version dempending on how i like the trial
C) Once running a server will it only be running EQ 2 or EQ 2 plus all of the expansions?
D) Can I setup a private server for me and 4 friends, realtively easyly?
one last thing are the screen shots on this site running on super lower?
