I have 5 zones active after a few players came and went, and none of them are shutting down. Is the shut-down timer still 5 mins? This is not public SVN code, so I was not sure if I should bug it or not.

Running Rev 126, I saw the changelog that more work was done on "always_loaded" zones. I just watched a player log in (tutorial_island_good) and log out over 20 mins ago, and while the console reports the zone shut down - the title bar shows 1 Zone(s) Started. Likely just a visual thing.

Wanted to show you in case something is wrong still.

Odd, and you dont have any other zones that might have been up?

No, scrolled back and this was right after a server start up, there were no other load zone statements.
Since I posted this in fact, the console screen is in the exact same place, and I cannot connect. So after this, no one has been able to get on TessEQ2. So, for SURE this zone should have shut down by now. :)
You want to see the failed client connect before I reset the server? I'll leave it for now.

I wonder if that was caused by the spell lock problem. I just tested it out and it worked fine on my server. I'll try to figure it out ASAP.

It could be, because I was on John's server doing some spell stuff and then my spells darkened on my hotbar. (Thats usually how I can tell something locked up). I then logged out, and never could get back in to John's server after that.

As LE can see by the full console paste I sent him in PM, this was a fresh restart after fetching 126 from SVN this morning around 8am MST. This one guy was the only one who logged in during that time. Players have NO spells (not even sprint) on TessEQ2 at the moment... so I don't think it was him casting - though I have been wrong plenty in the past. ;)

LE, if I sent you a userdump image of EQ2World.exe in it's current state, would that help you see what's stuck? We use this all the time at work, but not sure how it applies to EQ2World.
Let me know, I got a 64mb file waiting to send.

I am committing a test version now. Could you check it out and let me know if you can get it to lock up again? Try to keep track of everything you do so that if you do get it to lock up I can try to track it down. I did discover a couple of places where it was locking up but I'm not sure if I got all of them. Signs are fixed in this version as well.
