The DB team has gathered around 70 zones worth of logs, many just partial, but that is still a decent chunk. Here's the current list:

In this last pass, I found (roughly):
98,000 spawn points (1,000's of dupes I am sure) for
13,000 spawns (npcs and objects)
1,450 widgets
1,113 signs
87 unique entity_commands
507 sounds
1,530 "conversations" (not sure what these are anymore)
3,065 dialogs with
5,770 choices
Note: Many of these logs contain most of our spawns and objects data - but do not have the quests, spells, spawnscripts (conversations) or merchant info we need. Re-collecting any of these zones will help, but only if you plan to hit every aspect of that zone, otherwise it won't be work re-collecting.
We've come a helluva long way with our ability to understand and use this data... but sadly, this is (best guess) 20% of our entire current game. Hopefully, others are still helping collect too - though I have not seen a new log in months. If you have any for zones not listed above, please send them my way.
