I get this error failed to "init Aria" when trying to start up EQ2, just want to hear if anyone know of it.
I search google and found that its a font problem (DOH!) I tryed to reinstall the original winXP fonts, but that didt help at all

Any ideas?

Try dropping a copy of your Arial font into your EQ2 fonts folder.

Oh my god, I had this error when I installed XP a while ago and I could not find ANYTHING to fix it! I even reinstalled EQ2.
I'll try to see if I remember what I did, I'll get back to you if I find anything.

put that in eq2.ini
if eq2.ini doesn't exist, create it.
