Ok, so I created a user and server account already, and I have the binaries compiled for my server, but I do not know how to let http://eq2emulator.net/ know that my server is up and running (or ~was~ up and running). Because when I start up eq2world, it says "Login Server returned a fatal error: Could not load server information."
Any idea where I went wrong? Or should I just wait (maybe for the server list to update)?

You'll need to post the contents of your LoginServer.ini (minus your actual account name and pwd) so we can see what's wrong. There are a few posts around here about proper configuration. You should search "loginserver" and see what comes up.
Also, you do not have to wait for your server to appear on the list. Soon as it's connected to the login server, it's listed.
