Dialog doesn't appear when there is no conversation option.

When making a spawn script, if you only use the StartConversation function then the dialog doesn't appear in game. In live there are a few, very few that I have seen, conversations where you have no option. In the script I discovered this on it was about the 5th step that had no options, I get no errors or anything it just never shows up until I add an option. This is revision 154.
This is far from important just thought I would point it out.

If it is just the NPC saying something, could you just use Say()? Or are you after the "NPC tells you," functionality?
I believe the StartConversation has to have at least one Option, or how would you end/progress the conversation?

I discovered this by testing an incomplete custom script for my server, but as I mentioned Live does allow this, it is usually the npc saying something like "good luck" after you agree to do a quest for them. As far as it works on live you can just walk away and it will close or hit escape. I tested hitting escape in the Emu in the middle of a conversation and that works fine.
Again this is no big deal as I rarely see it on live and usually at higher levels, just thought I would point it out, will even try to figure out a fix for it later but got distracted with /class not working on my server.
