I have Original EQ 2. Is there anyway I can patch to 5016?

Or is that against the rules also. I was playing with the trial version however I accidently over wrote my files and now I cant play. JW

You could try using system restore and roll back to a time before you patched.
If system restore was successful, make a back up of your EQ2 files and use that for logging into the emulator with.

It was, its the right version but now i cant run eq 2 cause it crashes with an everquest2.exe error damn it.
