Shroud, Sneak and Stealth

Scat (or LE),
The Scout classes have an ability to go stealth, which seems to make the character transparent, crouch, lose speed enhancements, and not be seen by certain other NPCs. I have the spell cast visual (the blurred effect) and the speed debuff figured out, but not putting the character into crouch/transparent. Any idea how to do that? Is it just a persistent visual effect?
Lastly, getting KOS NPCs to ignore a stealthed Player based on the NPCs "see invis" status... this may not be implemented yet, but may be a great seque into my discussion with LE on adding `flags` to the spawn records =)

heh you and those flags :P
Actually to make a character perform like that the server sends a flag packet that tells the client to do certain things. This is also the same packet that allows flymode. I haven't gotten the whole thing figured out yet, but I believe I could get this working.

I am a 'freak for flags'! What can I say... not a super urgent request, as there is a laundry list of things we probably need to address for the various spells as we try and develop all classes / levels 1-10. But for the most part, things seem to be working great!
