Login Server hanging at

Post by mvalkar » Sat Dec 20, 2008 9:48 pm

I have installed ver 6 and have registered the server but when I run world.exe I get it hung at
Connected to LoginServer: eq2emulator.net:9100 :? I am currently on Satellite and it has a 2 min latency which sucks but this is what I have. hoping to play local at least just want to learn a bit about the interface and client.

Two things:
1. Connected to LoginServer: eq2emulator.net:9100 is normal and means that you are ready to go.
2. If you are using the latest executable from SVN you will need to update your updateserver port to 9102.

Thanks I'll try it when I get back home. I was wondering why it wasn't updating the tables.
