i'm 23.
living in France.
coder in company called GFI, (closed source language)
i'm famillar with C++
and i would enjoy contributing in this fabulous project EQ2emu.
Thus i'm asking if a documentation like doxygen, have already been made for this project.
And also, would you accept my future contributions.

Yes, we highly encourage as much user involvement as possible especially with code submissions. I've never heard of doxygen though.
