Where to get server/account reg?

Is this not built into the new portal yet? Can't find.. I assume thats related to:

[Status] Connected to Update Server: eq2emulator.net:9102
[Status] Checking for updates.
Login Server returned a fatal error: Could not load server information.
Disabling reconnect.
