Items Table Updates

For those using the dev (9102) DB updater, let me know if you have any trouble with the updates I just applied. I have (finally!) gotten around to including all the current `unknown` columns from Raw into the dev database so we can try to identify the data.

Backup your DB's before you connect again, just in case ;) and if you do encounter a problem, you should be able to drop the Items tables and set your table_versions for anything Items back one rev and reconnect. If it becomes a nightmare, then I can revert the changes.
