Spell effects test command

We have a command /animtest to test what visual_states look like in the client.

Is it possible to add a command for reference_spell_effects? We're venturing into the spells setups and having to guess at these is becoming a burden, taking longer than it needs to. Maybe a /spellfxtest [#] or something.
