I think I dug up another unknown (unknown12). By looking up these items on the broker, I see one thing in common with the value of "5"
Leaning to unknown12 = "Uses", though I am not familiar enough with these items to know what Uses have to do with a recipe?

ya those are limited use recipes after you crafted that many times it poofs out of your book
