New update makes creating a character impossible.

The new update released on the 16th made it so you can't use the emulator anymore.

You should usually stay around the version that everyone else has, it's usually not a good idea to update anyway.

I'm in a similar situation, I have the version that was released when LU38 came out. I can create a character but I cant log in and unfortunately if I patch, I'll get the LU39 update which doesn't work either.
