Hmm OK I guess I'll just have to accept the fact that heals have less than a 1:1 ratio :P I wish they'd tell us how much exactly.

For the sake of just getting an NPC to attack me, would this be the correct way to use this function?

AddHate(NPC* Player, Entity* Player, 100)

On live healing 1 point of dmg = .5 hate

Xan, I think any amount of hate will do. .00001 (exaggerated). If the NPC hates you even kinda, they should come try and kick your ass.

does not result in the NPC attacking me... :? i also tried to set a

SetSpawn(NPC, attackable, 1)
in there befor the AddHate because the NPC is unattackable to start with but didnt change anything

Scat, did we remove the damage component from AddHate()? I can't remember.

There was never a damage component to add hate (the LUA function at least). I was supposed to make mobs aggro you if you taunted them and didn't damage them. I guess I never committed those?

I'm here and alive...using someones unsecured wireless at the moment, hehe. Still don't have my Desktop setup yet. Have to add a wireless router and wireless NIC in my desktop, since wired LAN is not possible to the upstairs where i'm staying. Gonna get some 802.11n device for the extended range :)

I have put spell scripting on hold for the time being until LE can expand the capabilities of the server for more spells.
