I just dropped my database completely, and got all the updates fine using the newest exe from SVN (624)

I had to run the exe a second time to get one more update, but otherwise it's all there now.

I have also run the newest binary on the Linux (Tess Dev) using the 65000 table_versions update and everything is working great. Tess (live) is still down til I sort a few things out.

I dropped my DB completely also and using the newest exe from the SVN and I still get those errors. In the opcode table it reports the version as 60000 and download version as 65000

Oh... LE updated the loginserver code, but I don't think he put an exe... try compiling the latest yourself.

Ok I am seriously sorry for bumping this but I had a post about some issues with this version being that when I cleared my DB so It could update I wasn't really worried what I would lose but the thing is...That everytime I start the server It loads 0 NPCS Objects Signs 0 Loot Tables 0 Food and alot of others that my old DB use to load all of it I took a peek in my DB after it updated too see that there were no items npcs objects or anything in there really that it loaded 0 of like I said in another post my DB use to have all these populated in it. I really dont know whats going on now and Ive cleared my DB and updated several times to no avail of getting items npcs objects signs and what not in my DB. Is there an SQL around that I could get this from? As I stated im ver sorry for bumping this but it pretained to what was going on.

An official database has not yet been released for the emu. It is being working on quite a bit, but it is a huge undertaking to recreate all the spawns, items, spells, scripts, etc. Once the database IS released, you will be able to get it directly from the update server but as of right now you will have to create your own items, spawns and such. John Adams is in charge of the database project and he might be willing to let you use some of his team's completed work, but that is up to him.

Your database never had npcs, spawns, signs, loots or anything since that has never been released in this project yet. If you had something in there, you put it in yourself - and during ALPHA server development, we drop and create tables and entire database occasionally, so you should always backup your stuff before upgrading to a new version.

That said, no I am not willing to share the Content Team's data with anyone until we get more work done and it is usable data.

Meanwhile, feel free to download the ServerPack (found in Releases forum) as it has examples of how things work - with a few spawns and scripts.

As LE said, we're all working hard to get a DB stable. Right now, it's just not quite ready, and no ETA. Since this project offers many, many tools to build your own DB if you are impatient and cannot wait, this is why I decided to not trickle data out just yet.
