Do you have the full version of the game with all the paks or are you trying to zone into Antonica with the trial client? If it is the trial, try zoning into gfaydark.

I have trial yes. How do i start at gfaydark. I never played eq before. So im real noob of this game.

Just create a character with the option to spawn in Gfaydark like the Fae race.
