The

yes but the DOV _UI link is broken the ui is no longer available
but i did find a ui elsewhere and its working and as i said it working for the collections, but My COE client is not working
to help figure this out a bit, and i could be completely wrong since i am still trying to figure the code out, but
on the dov client when i press the add button it initiates a OP_RemoteCmdMsg and then followed by using COMMAND_COLLECTION _ADDITEM
and adds the collection
in the COV client i see nothing in my logs when the ADD button is press there doesnt seem to be a packet showing up for it

Didn't see that post before mine. I will look into putting the UI fix up on the SVN or my Dropbox account. The wiki is linked to the download from the original post, and it's broken there as well.
As for telling what CoE data version you have it will show up on minilogin when you log your client in.
As for the rest I don't know.

When you log into world or minilogin as Cynnar said it should spit out the data version of the client connecting.
I have a hunch your CoE will be 1193 which will pose a problem because of a screw up live did at the time, basically they changed struct and opcodes with out changing the data version so there are two versions of 1193 out there and fixing it for one will break it for the other.
EDIT: Side note, public SVN is now synced with dev and should update once a week again.

yes my COE version is 1193, i guess there is could not be a work around that could automattically detect it was wrong and switch to the other one?
