While we are talking about this stuff, I just wanted to ask-
Currently can we have so items start quests on examine?
Also, what about collection quests, how are they handled?

Quest initiation via item has been requested by Scatman, so it's in the queue.
Collections/Harvesting far as I know have not been requested nor started yet.

Your percentage based Kill and Item steps will be in the next revision I release so be sure to update your scripts.

No problem, however one thing I cannot figure out is how they send the "No quest items found" message. Do you happen to know of a quest I can get at lower levels that does this so that I can get a log of it?
Right now you just wont get the update, but I would like for it to display the message as well.

I am committing a couple of new logs Scat and I collected last week, where I am almost certain we had at least one of those quests. I had a Mentor quest in Willowwood that I believe made me run around and collect flowers or something, where sometimes I got nothing.
Uploading now to SVN, under ./Logs/Good/Shattered Lands/Qeynos/willowwood_20080904.rar

Yes. Do the questline on Queen's Colony from Murrar. It's the 3rd quest I believe. The first quest is killing the sparring partners, second quest is killing the goblin invaders and the third quest you have to talk to Predator Shadur and he tells you to kill more goblins. Those goblins are the ones that will give you an update ~ 25% of the time.

Thanks, got it fixed now. They don't actually send the text "You did not find any quest items" so it was a pain figuring it out. I also fixed a bug with the percentages. Note that percentages are floating point numbers but 100% is 100, not 1. So use 25 for 25%, 25.1234 for 25.1234%.

25.1234%
One can never be too precise.
