The Station site is under scheduled maintenance today though.

Yeah the old station site used to have a similar theme to this website (dark brown) and used to list all things which your subscription covered. Now, it's just the fluffy white station access looking site with a list of all your in-game items and veteran rewards. I couldn't find "Expansions" listed anywhere.
I guess I'll try both my keys later to see which one the girl didn't use.

I am pretty sure I did not buy KoS or EoF, so maybe that makes sense. Now I wonder, if I activate my RoK, will I get KoS and EoF too? Maybe that's my confusion. I saw no reason to buy additional expansions for a game I was no longer playing, every 6 mos (SOE expansion assembly line be damned).
So yeah, that might be my entire confusion.

Sorry, I still haven't had time to test the zones before adding them. I know they work for you, but for the guy entering them, I need them to work for me too. :)
I'll try to get to it this weekend. Keep the updates coming!

not a problem, just letting you know, john. BTW, the zone safe locs on some of these aren't correct. Generally speaking, if the safe loc is 0,0,0 then it hasn't been set yet. The exception to this that comes to mind is the Trakanon zone tho.

I have found a few zones that are pretty close to 0,0,0, but you are right. Most are not. I have tried finding valid logs for the "Describe me!" zones, but have failed miserably. Seems randomly /move'ing around doesn't cut it. Do you use any "tricks" to finding the proper entrance to these zones?
I took to running around in Live, doing a /loc, and updating the tables manually heh. Even the collector seems to have /loc info for zone ins, but only the zone in you happen to be standing at when the packet was snagged. Once we get a few more commands into the server, setting safe zone locs hopefully will be easier.
I'm still curious if EQ2 had "teleport locations" like WoW does? If you click on something, or cast a certain spell, will it take you to a non-zone in loc? I do not remember if EQ2 had that functionality or not.

try this site-
http://eq2.gamepressure.com/
On the maps you can type in a loc and it will plot it for you. Doesn't work for the more esoteric zones, only the ones mapped. Outside of that I check out http://maps.eq2interface.com/ They have maps of most zones, and you can figure out the zone locs for most of them.

I forgot about eq2interface. I had used gamepressure, but they do not seem to have many zones (compared to the amount in the game) or I do not know how to use it :/ I look at the left menu, and see barely anything not "common".
I was trying to use eq2 @ alla's and that is utterly useless for so much info. I miss ogaming. Not sure if they misplaced their site, but it hasn't been around for a while.

ogaming was bought out by allakhazam i believe. Something else you can try is http://eq2.wikia.com. They don't really give zone locs, but some of the mobs have locs associated with them. You can port to that location and then mak your way back to the entrance/safe loc.

That's exactly what I was looking for - a valid mob /loc I could move to. But Alla's didn't have that info it seems. I'll check out the wikia. Thanks for the tip!
