I started noticing, NPCs that wear robes seem to be showing their heads now. Paula Marx, Gethe Huggs, and the Cleric on Queen's Colony - they used to have hoodies, but now they do not.

Plate/Leather/Chain guys head pieces appear to still be in place, so I wasn't sure if this was structs or something else.

I noticed this too... course I am happy with the change, even if accidental ;op
