Conversations and MovementLoopAddLocation
I noticed that when an NPC is moving around its loop that it will not stand still while a conversation is going on. This may make talking to some quest NPCs rather... difficult.

Re: Conversations and MovementLoopAddLocation
MovementLoopAddLocation has a delay value. Just set it high enough for your conversation to complete.

Re: Conversations and MovementLoopAddLocation
The delay is the value set for when the NPC reaches it's destination though. I think what Xan is trying to say is, this NPC is moving around in a loop and can be hailed at any point for a quest. But right now, the NPC just keeps moving when hailed so you'd have to follow him or her around its loop to talk to them.
