looks like they are up to me, 5:16am mtn time. You should be able to hop on TessEQ2 and mess around. The emu is still under heavy dev so don't expect everything to work as it does on live.

Nothing is "play", everything is "test" right now. As Xan said, Tess probably has the most content, but it is all test/dev content. No character data is preserved during major updates. Join the project knowing you are helping "test" functionality, and you will enjoy it more.
