Well, just installed Everquest, the shadow oddesey, now, i start everquest 2 launcher, a little window came up which was probbly patching, after that, i had to register, so i did, now i login, another window came up, it had 3 option subscribe, try 14 days and canccel, i pressed try 14 days, now i saw its patching(or downloading? Cus i almost have no datas in Everquest folder)
well dunno if patching or downloading xD? Do i need to Patch till its finished ?(3 hours lol).
And some say u can see Build by starting everquest 2, well atm my Folder is 100 mb, and there is no eq starter...

AND after that? what do i need to do if i got right build?Do I need to install the eqemu? (i only want to join server )

1) Uninstall your Shadow Odyssey game, remove the files from your hard drive (C:\Program Files\Sony\Everquest II).

2) Then, re-install the game and DO NOT PATCH. That is what the instructions should read. There should be no patching required if you use the box set Shadow Odyssey.

3) Change eq2_defaults.ini

4) Run Everquest2.exe - not the short-cut from the installation.

weird, i cant find everquest2.exe, i tried 14 days trial and the reinstall option, in both no everquest2.exe
only if i patch i get new files
