New "cl_*" feature not working

LE, I am not sure if this is fully implemented yet, but I saw in the ChangeLog.txt that if I put client settings into my variables table, they would apply - so I tried the welcome screen killer, yet I still get the welcome screen logging in.

Oops I think I see the mistake. Try adding a space in front of the 0 and see if it works.

Btw, putting a space in front of the " 0" in variable_value does not work - still shows the splashy.

Bah I see my second problem with it
Geez, I thought this was so simple I didn't need to test it. Guess I was wrong
