Character Stats (the bug part)

I just noticed that as a level 1 character, if I log out and back in, my character_details stats, across the board, are reset to 0.

If I AM level 1, and still /level 1, they are set to 17. I can then log out, wait a few seconds, log back in, and my stats are all 0's again.

I am refreshing the character_details table until I see the 17's appear.
Then I am camping to select (takes 1 second on admin).
I check the character_details table again, values are still 17 for str, sta, agi etc.
I wait 10+ seconds, and Play the same character.
Persona screen that is still up shows all 0's
Refresh character_details table, all 0's.
