Grats, PaulGH - here's your first! hehe

I do not know if this is because of the way we choose to set admin_status in our servers, but everyone appears as a GM - even those with admin_status 0.

Is there some way we can define what admin_status values will echo what GM level? If you need a xref table for it, I can make one up - that way it could be dynamic for different servers vs hard-coded.
