Readable timestamp to console output

Can we get a readable time stamp on our primary log entries in the Console (and eventually, file output?)

Right now, trying to determine if the server is still running or locked up is impossible since the output is just the debug itself, with no time to reference how long it's been sitting there.

Example - we have TimeStamp in the ZoneAuth:

Code: Select all

ZoneAuth: Access Key, 1245602955, Character Name, Dren, Account ID, 13, TimeStamp, 1245602955
Combined Packet: 2, 0
OP_Unknown Received 0x0026
   0: 01 00 00 00 48 44 | ....HD
Timeout up!, state=0
Timeout up!, state=2
Timeout up!, state=2
Removing connection
Zone: Removing client from ip:70.171.225.117 port:52893
Shutting Down Zone 'GreaterFaydark'
But can we add a "human readable" timestamp to some of the logging as well?

Code: Select all

ZoneAuth: Access Key, 1245602955, Character Name, Dren, Account ID, 13, TimeStamp, 1245602955
Combined Packet: 2, 0
2009-06-21 08:03:00 OP_Unknown Received 0x0026
   0: 01 00 00 00 48 44 | ....HD
2009-06-21 08:04:00 Timeout up!, state=0
2009-06-21 08:05:00 Timeout up!, state=2
2009-06-21 08:06:00 Timeout up!, state=2
2009-06-21 08:07:00 Removing connection
2009-06-21 08:08:00 Zone: Removing client from ip:70.171.225.117 port:52893
2009-06-21 08:09:00 Shutting Down Zone 'GreaterFaydark'
etc...

Maybe something I can get Scat to look into. He's clever that way. :)

Hey Scat, don't worry about this. I am currently converting a lot of the cout's to EQEMuLog::write and I'll get this done while I am working on it.
