The struct must be off, see how Tower Shield is the type instead of the required skill?

Actually, I thought the type was Tower Shield (the type of shield it is) and the Packet Deciphering is where the Skill would be. no?

A link of the same item in EQ2 Live: Looks like in this case, "Packet Deciphering" is supposed to read "Tower Shield" -AND- Type is "Tower Shield". So again, the skill struct is right, we're just getting the wrong skill. Interesting.


PS: My Paladin linked this in Live, note his class is not highlighted green. Is that just because my live toon cannot yet use it (too low level)?
