[REQ] /luaeval

It would be handy if we could directly evaluate LUA code from in-game, perhaps with some standard variables available to us. (Such as currently targeted object as Target, yourself as Player, etc etc.)
Being able to /luaeval SetQuestStepComplete(Target, 2, 2) for instance would be enormously handy for debugging purposes.
