Bugs: Nettleville

Scatman: This zone has been completely redone on the dev server and waiting to be moved to Tess. Most of these issues will go away.
My testing machine(Laptop):
OS Version: 5.1.2600 Service Pack 3 VER_NT_WORKSTATION
CPU: 2 x86 GenuineIntel 4MHz RDTSC MSR CMPXCHG8 SSE SSE2
DirectX Version: 9.0c
Video Card/Driver: [ATI Mobility Radeon X1800 ] [ati2dvag.dll] 6.14.10.6618What
Ground installation pack - "TSO - All in one compilation pack - Limited Edition"
SoE-exe-version(trough Eq2Emupatcher): 5499L
(No other version works for me atm)
All testing done on "TessEQ2" server, map/zone "Nettleville".

Issue 1:

At the underground docks in "Nettleville", there are three cat's with the same name(Greybul)
but they all have different colours(grey, white, black).
There are also(in my opinion) to many rat's here.

NPC "Fallsworth<Qeynos Guard>": All the dialog works on this npc "EXEPT"
when you ask "Who was lord Grimrot?"..... then the dialog just die's.

NPC "Vida Sweeps": She want's you to collect some "stones", but you never get the quest
from her.
Issue 4:

NPC "Varion Smitelin"<Spells Scrolls>(Inside "The Nettleville Quill"): This one have a quest for you,
but you can't get it from him.

One thing i have noticed is that you can't reapir your gear at any "mender".
I guess it's in development?

Near "The Golden Scabbard"(still in Nettleville), under a tree(near the city wall)...
Here we got "five" excaktly same NPC's standing under the tree.
There names: "Spiritist Laharn Rahai".

NPC "Innkeeper Baily Dowden<Houseing>(In The Qeynos Exchange): The "dialog" don't work
at all here.
JA: If by "dialog" you mean audio, you'll need to verify audio in Live - the script is fine, with PlayFlavors. Not sure why we're not hearing audio.
Issue 8:

NPC "Foster Graham": I am unsure of if you are supposed to get a quest from this one.
The "dialog" seem's to support that... but you don't get any quest.
Issue 9:

Transaction with the NPC's works but... when you buy a "backpack", it reamins
in the "state" of OPEN, but it ain't open(and clicking on it doesen't help)...
and you don't hear any soundsample when you buy it(the same goes for bread and water).
JA: Could not reproduce. /summonitem 37889, sold to innkeeper, bought it back, works fine.

Near the "Big Gate" to the "Peat Bog"(from Nettleville), there is a bigg tree.
Here, there are "two" ghost tigers/lions(with the same name: "The Rage of Ja'Neth").
Duplets again?

At the same big gate(To the Peat Bog), we got "three" samples of the NPC: "Ralkesh Orto",
and we got "three" samples of the NPC: "Nea<Guard>", and we got "three" samples of
the NPC: "Essex<Guard>".

At the backend of the city(against the city wall) beside npc "Verth", there are waaay to many "rats".

NPC "Nawal Tahri<Crafting Trainer>: This npc ask's if you wan't to learn "Artisian".
The dialog works(including sound) and you get the book "artisian essentials volume 1"
from her.
When you want to "chat" with her again, she says that she has nothing more to teach you.
WORKS, GREAT!!!! =))
Banking also works here!
JA: Banking should work everywhere, as long as they are tagged as a "Banker". Guild Banks not yet implemented, fyi.

I haven't mentioned NPC's that are all quiet of them self's(or miss sound sample), because i guess they are
supposed to be like this OR they don't have the right "data" yet... so i won't
say anything about them, or should i????
JA: If you know for a fact an NPC in Live speaks with audio, and ours do not, definitely mention it. We'll need to collect the sound bites.
