My testing machine(Laptop):

(No other version works for me atm)

All testing done on "TessEQ2" server, map/zone "Starcrest Commune".

Issue 1:

NPC "Wilhemena<Provisioner>": You can't "hail" this one, all quiet.


Issue 2:
-----

NPC "Vondorinsarnoo": This one is supposed to have a quest for you(quest icons shows)
but you won't get any + there is talk about a drunk(across the way) with the name "Hubert",
this npc does not excist.


Issue 3:
-----

NPC "Innkeeper Jerben Sleepwell<Housing>(The Qeynos Exchange): This one refers
to you as you would be a "char" with he name "Jinoira".
This should be my own char's name + you won't get any "options" about housing here.


Issue 4:

NPC "Alamara Luthanyia": The "dialog" are not complete here, therefor do not work.


Issue 5:

NPC "Velderoth Malraen": This conversation(and quest) is really out of order.
I would say there's alot of "data" missing here.


Issue 6:
-----

NPC "Knight-Captain Santis<Qeynos Guard>": This one is all quiet, pretty sure data
is missing here.




Good/Works!!

The things i haven't mentioned(as always, i could have missed something
"critical", but i don't thinks so) should work.



Other Issues!
------------

The function "Find NPC" don't work at the guards.
Development??

Another zone I just need to go through completely.
