Character Levels

This bug was noticed on client 5916L and 5845L.
On Tess I have a mouse bruiser level 7. I logged in to see on the character select screen that he was showing as level 7 but when I logged into the game, he was only level 1. I didn't notice it until I dinged 2. So I dinged again, level 3 and logged out. The character select screen still shows level 7. I haven't been able to log back in again due to client crashes, and today Tess keeps telling me the server isn't responding in a timely manner, though I can log in to Blitz's server without problems.
