On the front page john posted some details regarding the pages being worked on for the next few days, just give it a few and it'll all be back to normal!

The Account Management module should allow you to register for a Login Account so you can start playing on an EQ2Emulator immediately. What is not yet complete is the ability to create a new server to run on our Public Login Server. I'm almost done testing the new module, but am in the midst of moving so it will be another week or so.

Also, Wiki Gods, the Account Management module addition changed the silly URL. It is no longer page=14, but page=13. I think that's why a few cannot find it. If LE sees this, maybe he can put a redir in for now - though it is not that important. Portal menu has Account Management right at the top.
