Welcome to the project. As far as being to too cheap, you will need to change that once the project moves out of beta because you'll need to get the RoK expansion, or better so, the RoK box set that will include all prior expansion as when it comes out, that is where the project will settle down on and it remain like that for awhile.

Your going to need to cash up a little, the server is free, but to play on it is not completely free.

Or you could just get one of the free trial accounts (if they still have them by then)

Lol, give it up to Lethal to find some sweet loop hole to use. We all thrive off of loop holes.....
Although, I though the emu was going to be coded for the OoB version of RoK instead of what is live at the moment, that way people could still play and join even after the swamp of next day patchs SOE is going to issue after release.

Ok, I guess your right. I am used to the Titanium client being the only thing supported in EQEmu, which of course was never a live client, going by what other say overthere, dont know from personal expierence.
Oh, but what if they have a special client in the Kunark box set that is not used on live....... me scared now, i might have to shell out some money for SOE, and I havent done that in a while.... at least not since KoS.
Oh well, its worth it so no matter what happens I will have me a copy of the client.
