Details:
Sometimes (non-targetable) fish seems to have some pathing issues - it gets above the water surface. Will post a screenshot after forum bug msg will be generated

Generating a forum post for this bug because while this is not yet implemented, I'd like people to understand why fish come out of the water and chase you anyway
No it is not a recreation of the evolution theory... instead, the sea spawns are unaware where water stops and where land begins. This is due to missing functionality in the emulator itself.
Currently, World does not tell these spawns their "boundaries". We discussed this a bit in Dev a while ago, but hadn't come up with a solution yet. Other things took higher priority.

Also, l333 - your bug reports are fantastic, but you really should observe what features are working and what are not implemented yet so you do not waste your time reporting bugs about things we already know are not working (like LFG). Just a thought. Project Status is good for this.
