Hi there

Hello everyone!

I'm Kat. I've been lurking around for a bit, but I figured I'd stop on in and say hi.

I'm a recent addition to the EQ2 community, leveling up an Arasai Warlock. I'm level 40 (Yes, I'm a newb) and play on the Mistmoore server.

In real life, I'm 24 years old, living in Pennsylvania. I'm a veterinary technician and work at a clinic that only deals with cats. I also do volunteer work at the Humane Society.

In the gaming world, I have experience administrating a private WoW server. While I have very little database know-how, my job mainly focused on public relations, dealing with the community, technical support, flushing out botters, running server-wide events, and keeping the books on donations. I was also in charge of building a competent GM team to look after the server in my absence.

I've played a myriad of MMORPG's over the years, including EQ1, FFXI, WoW, and SWG.

I have very little database know-how. I'm not good at coding, at all, so unfortunately, I'd be very little help for this project. (I've read the guides, and they're over my head lol) But I did want to take the opportunity to introduce myself and say that I love what you guys are doing, and I can't wait to watch it develop further. :)

Welcome to the community Kat! Finally, someone who knows what the Introductions section is for. There are lots of little ways you can help out. Like bug testing. Always fun.
