Hello everyone,

i played live eq2 quite a while but my acc was banned. Now after some time i discovered this eq2 emu community. hopefully ill get this to run and be able to join a server fast. im a little clumsy with stuff like this:)

Hah link, I was going to ask but part of me didn't really want to know... takes a lot to get banned in an MMO (imo) so I am sure it was something shadey

A tradeskill macrobot did it for a friend of mine.

Uhh, bots? Sitting there grinding out the game while you sleep or are at work? Yeah. That's not small. Why should someone have an advantage over everyone else who sits at their keyboard and actually plays?

Aren't bots/scripting against the EULA? If so, then yeah. Big, and ban Small to me would be saying /ooc Hey puff on my wankers nubs! and getting banned.

Yeah, funny thing was (well not so funny)... he wasn't running an all-nighter. He was sitting at the desk and was using it for the combine. This was back in the old days of WARTS and such. Those things were so boring to make I don't blame him one bit...
